If yes, what grade/viscosity of oil or grease?** A: We bought this Vermont garden cart a couple years back. We just put it together, no oil or grease lubrication at the time or since. It is fabulous! Best purchase ever.... so many uses in the yard, garden, moving chopped wood.... the list goes on and on.... and no special attention, no lubrication and the ole' girl keeps moving just fine. **Q: med and lg cart: does the weight make one easier to lift and move? Med cart: doesn't have curved front support-seems pole will sink into the ground?** A: Large cart is very lightweight to move and maneuver. Can't answer as the large one we have doesn't have a pole at all. **Q: I have the tube tire. Can someone who know nothing about this stuff replace a wheel with the solid rubber one?** A: you can replace your wheel with the hard rubber one but if you do one then you should do both. **Q: How can I identify what brand & model of the cart ?** A: this is a large garden cart from Carts Vermont. As it says right under the cart it is a model M26S with the hard rubber tires. We also carry the bicycle tire type wheels too. that would be an M26P. Who had borrowed mine which I want back. Got the solid tires which is an improvement over my model. Have had many blackberry punctures in mine over the years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So many uses! *by R***E on February 12, 2013* Great garden cart, so easy to pull and/or push. So many uses it's more like a small pickup than a wheelbarrow! Makes work easier: cleaning up yard debris, hauling split wood to the woodpile, gathering branches for the burn pile, hauling hay. Just a real workhorse and easy on the back. It also looks real cute in the yard with a couple potted flowers when the work is done. Worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best garden cart on the market *by B***5 on May 17, 2019* The Vermont Garden Cart is an incredibly good product for the home gardener. I have been using one for about 12 years, can't get along without one and wore out the old cart. Be sure to keep it dry because the sides and bottom (at least on my old one) will dry rot. The solid tires are a big improvement - no more flat tires. If you haul large chunks of concrete like I did, be careful because they can damage the bottom of the cart.The quality of manufacturing is not what it should be. I had to cut wood away from every single factory installed screw insert before I could screw screws into the inserts. The metal edge protectors on the plywood sides and bottom were out of alignment with most of the holes and I had to loosen many of the factory installed screws and bang the edge protectors into proper alignment. There are inexpensive competing products. I tried two of them to save money and they are absolute garbage.The assembly instructions are better than average but there's room for improvement: there are no enlarged drawings of potentially confusing aspects of the construction.
