A: No, that takes a special cutter.

A: I saw the handle on a video also. I cannot find it again

A: I have not, But, there is a cutter specifically for cutting CPVC pipe. Cost is around $15.00-$20.00. Very easy to use and quick.

**Q: How much clearance between the wall and the pipe is required to use the 1/2 inch cutter?**
A: About 3/4"
