For more athletic builds - this is a perfect fit.Update: I have washed this 2x with other similar clothing (permanent press cycle) and dried using permanent press cycle. It is light weight but not thin, very soft but also seems very durable. So many of these shirts, especially the ones from China, Always run super small but this one was true to size. I like the zipper pouch on the sleeve. It is a nice bonus to have and not many other shirts have this. It has Velcro on both sleeves and they do seem pretty durable, but they are a little small. I have to put my smaller patches on it because it won't fit the large ones. But that's the only bad thing that I can say about it.
