Went to the OBDEleven forum to see if others had similar problems, someone had the exact same issue, the response on the forum was to register SFD credentials, which I'd already done, plus you can't do that without getting past that screen in the first place. I then tried to register on this forum, and then got a pop-up stating I am banned from registering, despite never having been at this web-site ever before. Total waste of 2 hours, product doesn't connect, app gets hung, and forum won't even let you onboard to ask questions.
