A: No, it's 80% cotton and 20% polyester

A: I bought this almost a year ago.... No zippers then....

**Q: My regular pant size is 32 which size fit perfectly?**
A: My regular pant size is 36" and L size fit me well, so 32" I would think M should work - just my opinion

**Q: Is it stretchable material? Would it be fine for yoga and stretche exercises?**

Fits perfectly. Very good material. Quality stuff. Had earlier bought a pair of Jockey  shorts to wear in the house  which were disappointing. These are really good. Got a black and a grey. Colours too are smart and hold well even after several washes. Go for it. Highly recommended.
