I got used to my husbands snoring but he hasn't gotten used to mine since I began snoring a couple of years ago. I tried the nose strips...forget it. They are expensive, not reusable and end up stuck to a pillow. I was skeptical about the mouthpiece but after reading the reviews and seeing the cost, I thought, for the cost of a few lattes, I may be able to fix my snoring issue. AND IT WORKED! According to my husband, I haven't snored since right before Xmas when it arrived. Merry Xmas! I get up feeling better in the morning like I actually slept and I don't find him on the couch! (Only warning, when it says not to leave the mouthpiece in hot water longer than 30 seconds, they mean it. This product is well worth the try! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the mandibular advancement approach really works *by A***R on December 30, 2018* I had used a competitor self-mold product for several years, and for sure the mandibular advancement approach eliminates or greatly reduces snoring (says my wife, who would know better than I). I actually had two of the competitor products, but overdid the advancement on one of the mold sets, which caused discomfort, so I remolded to find the balance between comfort and snore-avoidance.Those competitor products, despite cleaning, got so discolored, that my wife insisted I get something new.
