I'm a 5'8" female and about 125 pounds. My biggest worry was that the sleeves wouldn't be long enough because I'm a little lanky, but the sleeves work very well for me. I might get the waist taken in a bit, as that section is a big large. The coat is also pretty long, which I appreciate. It'll definitely work for my purposes - I'm a biology student at a university and work as a microbiology lab assistant, so I needed my own lab coat for working with live cultures.
