Its very well built, with an extra cross support brace. However I wish they NEVER even supplied expansion bolts. On first installation I was satisfied that it would never come off the wall however there was some play in the fitting. A horrible creaking noise and I wasn't satisfied with it. Save yourself the hassle and time and purchase some proper anchor bolts. I bought some M10 x 108mm anchor bolts from Scewfix . And this thing is now solid. Getting the od ones out the wall was a painful task. Happy it's all done now though ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well Built, easy to assemble/install and does the job! *by N***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 January 2019* Item came promptly, was well packaged and all pieces included.* The star rating I have is based on delivery packaging, initial impression of item and usage. I will edit review if anything goes wrong, welds crack etc, in future.INSTALLATION-Before you buy ensure that you have a decent mains drill, a14mm masonry bit, a smaller masonry bit also to drill a pilot hole (if brick/concrete is soft or damp), a marker/ pencil, and a hammer. A spirit level wouldn't go amiss either. I assembled the pieces before fitting to the wall but this was a mistake, as it made it awkward to hold up while marking the holes and as a result one of my holes was slighlty out, making it hard to line up the bolts with the holes in the mounting plates( had to smack with hammer to make it fit😕) . If you are a novice diy'er, take one of the arms and hold against the wall, making sure it it level, mark and drill all 4 holes , fit bolts and secure arm to wall. Then assemble cross beam and other arm in order to mark 2nd arm mounting plate holes. Remove second arm and drill holes, etc. Hopefully, this will prevent the problems I had😂Some reviewers said that the expansion bolts which came with it seemed inadequate and bought their own, which is fine however, the ones I received are robust enough for my weight and the weight of my heavy bag. I also bought a set of resistance tubes which clip nicely to the eyelets on the right and left of the frame, so I can do lat pull downs and chest fly, which makes it a multifunction excercise machine.I'm happy with the kit and hopefully it will last a good while but I will update if there are any issues in future.
