It is not as sweet as regular powdered sugar, I would use a little more than you usually would. I bought this because I discovered that the sweetener is a healthier alternative to powdered sugar, doesn't create cavities and is much lower in calories without messing with the blood sugar. I made a light cake with this , It turned out really good but I would suggest using at least double the amount you would in place of normal powdered sugar. Overall I love this product, it looks just like powdered sugar, much healthier on the body. Whatever your weight goals are, even just maintaining your weight and your teeth health, this is a great product.
