Adjustable to length and arm size with locking into a number of positions. And here is where it fails. The locking mechanic of the hinge will unlock and the arm will start to move beyond yhe locked position. In my opinion a mega fail, as the idea is to secure and protect an injury. In my case a distal bicep tendon surgery. Quite disappointing honestly as safety and security cannot be achieved.
