The description says Oct 2021** A: March 2023 **Q: Does it make crispy waffles?** A: NO. It will not make crispy or crunchy. Pancakes are meant to be fluffy n soft. Please watch out EXPIRATION date on the package. I ordered 3 boxes and three were short expiration dates. I have to discard it. I found this very useful when making pancakes for breakfast at hostel on an induction cook top!(see the pictures ;) ) Taste-8/10;mildly sweet,does not have a strong taste of its own so i suggest adding cocoa/coffee powder/honey/cinnamon powder etc.in the batter. Quality-8/10;good flour quality,mixes very well with milk/water. Nutrition-6/10;low score on this one since it is mainly refined & all purpose flour which is just CARBS. I would add Whey protein to the mix to make it more Proteinicious! Overall-8/10; Worth buying for sure,making pancakes is very easy and convenient with this ready flour mix.
