Also, if you are cutting one sheet, watch that it doesn't go under the white backstop. In fact, to help get square cuts make sure the base metal edge is lined up with your sheet on both the close side to you and the far side (near the cutter arm hinge.) I am cutting photos so getting square cuts is important. It is a nice sharp cutter and you can cut a hair's width of paper off if you need. ### ⭐ Blade was dull after a few uses *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2018* This paper cutter was a waste of $38.00. I was excited about this product because of the size and the fact that it was supposed to be suitable for professional use. After just a few uses the blade was too dull to use. I have a large lot with lots of weeds around the perimeter.
