Review: Quality product but incomplete - Product is good, easy to install. It does the job of vertical garden. However, out of 24 pieces, I received only 22 pots and now my garden is looking incomplete. I could not return as well as I realized after hanging the 22 pots. It will be great if they can send the missing pots. Also, this was the 2nd time I ordered. When I ordered the for first time, the pots were missing the hanging hooks. Took a chance and ordered 2nd time, now 2 pots are missing. So, 1 star only for quality check before packaging.
