The bag looks much better in the picture than when it arrived. It's a canvas type bag that was very creased, as it was squashed by the packaging whilst in transit. I would probably have overlooked that, but since the quality of the zips wasn't great, I decided to return it. I will say one positive thing about is that it's very spacious and has separate compartments for packing baby's things when you're out and about.
