These multi purpose lights include 3 high intensity LEDs per Tough Pod and are fully sealed and submersible. The Tough Pods can be mounted on the included rubber pads to protect painted or finished surfaces; wire channels direct the power wire for flush mounting. If clearance and a slim mount is desirable the rubber pads can be removed. Use them on bumpers for extra light, in wheel wells while rock crawling, along frames and overhangs off-roading, or for general auxiliary lighting in pick up beds, on trailers and more. We installed them on the back of our zero-turn lawnmower, so we can see at night when we back it up into its storage unit, an old dog kennel we are using to store it after our dog died. Anyways, the lights are very bright and very good. I noticed that one person said that the lights he ordered from desertcart don't come with instructions, well, our lights did not come with any instructions either. We had to figure it out on our own.
