After 6 months my lab results showed that I had raised my level from an 18 to a 36. This was with 2 drops or 2,000 IU a day. My Dr. was very pleased and so was I. No taste and easy to drop into water. Some people have said it's hard to get the drops out but you just hold it over the glass of whatever you are putting it in until a drop comes out... then stop when you've put what you want in the glass. A little patience goes a long way!
