I had to special order the mat, as my trampoline is kind of old but the frame and everything was fine. These springs are well made and were an excellent replacement for the old ones. The old springs were old, rusty, and tired. These, along with the new mat, essentially made it a brand new trampoline. I have jumped on the trampoline, with my kids as well, and these springs preform nicely. I am 6' and 200 pounds, and the springs are not stressed at all with me jumping as hard as I can.
