## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this power lead come with the moulded rubber fixing which slots into the body of the vacuum cleaner?**
A: No! I Soulderd mine on to the existing cable. Works ok.

**Q: Will this work with a shark lift away ?**
A: Yes but be careful taking it apart two hidden screws underneath the wand release button

**Q: my puppy has chewed through our main lead ! is it easy enough to replace ?**
A: If you are replacing the cable on a Shark upright, then no. On the original there is a plastic support/guide fitted to the cable, that goes through the body of the vacuum, on this there is not one. Stripping the vacuum down there are some sneaky screws and clips. I'm an Aircraft engineer and it was still fiddly. Can't you just cut out damage and rejoin cable. I also think you have to replace the spade connections. As yet still got old cable fitted as ours has twisted internally. May try again to replace and bodge it.
