They fit great. The metatarsal “bars” are excellent when running. I have put 50 miles of running on these shoes and I love them. One of the lugs came off while I was running. I put about 12 miles on these shoes. I have owned 5 paid of Newtons in the past, not sure why these are falling apart, none of the other shoes have.
