It did feel a little uncomfortable when I first tried it. I could only do it for about 10 minutes at first.....but as my Lower Back started feeling less sensitive I could do it for up to 30 minutes. You don't want to stay in one position no longer than 5 minutes. Try building a Pattern where you make different moves. Then after using it try doing some Stretches while still on the floor. I do my own technique called Wag Your Dog Tail move. Act like you are Dog and Wagging your Tail while on all Four / Hands and Knees . Then Stretch your back by trying to make a Cat Screech Movement....LOL..... This is the best I can try to explain....LOL ......... Now if you have a Major Spine Problem I recommend to be very careful on doing this. It might not be for you....... Hope this helps........ I got mine for $15....
