Product is shipped with no padding in packaging with one end OPEN. 2. Single tack weld on the corners means that until you get it installed it is somewhat fragile. 3. First one that was shipped to me had a broken corner weld, broken faceplate (It was broken into 4 pieces and one of the 4 pieces was missing. These items aside, once the grill is properly installed it does an excellent job of permitting air-flow and is quite sturdy. The V profile of the grate provides good privacy as well. Review: Works well - Item arrived bent out of shape hence the deduction of a star. Otherwise, all works well and after installing it on a door to vent a laundry room, all is great. ### ⭐ arrived damaged *by C***E on October 24, 2020* Unfortunately, I did not open the "box" upon receipt approximately three months ago. When I opened it today to paint it, the product was damaged - corner bent and a couple of broken welds. It wasn't even boxed, it just had cardboard wrapped around it and shipped. I guess I waited too long because the "problem with order" box is not available.
