The package was torn on the edges, felt it was reused several times.Item: The dial in the website shown and the product didn't match which was a great disappointment. Also the black paint was coming out at the top already.The screws to hang the clocks were not included because of which had to roam around for screws.The back dial was bent, we had to remove the inner plating and make it proper.The alignment of the hanger/hooks also needs improvement.Totally not satisfied, should have ordered the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Low Quality with Classy Style.
