The listing is NOT correct. The Egipcios Kier Tarot was created in Argentina in the 1920's by Iglesias Jañeiro. Mr; Kaplan wrote the accompanying LWB (Little White Book.)

I own this deck. Plus, I bought a book in spanish by Ediciones Karma that is ilustrated with this deck. It is an excellent guide for the Kier deck. Margarita Arnal Moscardo wrote a book that comes with a deck,which I own also. But it is not the Kier tarot. It's a look-a-like, published by Naipes Coma. Although, also a wonderful book by Ms Moscardo. Excellent choice of a deck the Egipcios Kier!
