The only thing I don’t like about it is that the bunion tab thingy won’t stay in place when it’s not inside the actual shoe. I have to hold my finder down on it as I slide it into my shoe to make sure it’s actually on correctly. Not a big deal though. I like that it comes with a storage bag. I tried a cheaper shoe stretcher and it did not help. I used this stretcher a couple of days and it completely solved the problem. I moistened the inside of the shoe a bit before I inserted the stretcher. The features of the stretcher allow you to customize exactly where you need the shoe stretched. So I was able to stretch the shoe to accommodate my bunion without making the shoe loose or ill fitting any other place. I am really pleased and very happy I bought this product.
