I am also taking the Candida Yeast Support. I don't know if I really need both but I started them at the same time because I was desparate.I am better and I do not want to risk stopping either one. The main thing you have to understand is that this is a 3-6 month and possibly longer treatment with a forever maintenance dose. So do not stop when symptoms go away! The website CandidaSupport.org is very helpful. It is worth it to place an order with them to get the download for their support guide. I ordered there first and now order from Amazon as I need to.Addendum: I have now been on this product for 7 months and have beaten Candida. I had several die offs and lessening symotms for 6 months. I have stayed away from refine sugar for the most part but not completely. Other than that I have kept my diet just healthy and not extreme. I have taken several other products with the Threelac to just make sure I had it all covered. I rotate "Candida Support" , "Candida Cleanse" , and "Azo Yeast" tablets. At 6 months I also did a month of Fivelac. Don't give up.
