## Questions & Answers

**Q: ok- we have a grand canyon trip for 20 days.  Want to have feta in our pasta day 19.  We can keep cool, but not refrigerated.  Will it last?**
A: I'm sure it'll be fine. 1. It's packed in it's own brine. 2. I'm not sure it even needs refrigeration to start with. I think it's own bien is preservative enough! Side note: if you haven't tried this before, be assured, this is undoubtedly the best feta cheese available! IMHO

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Goats milk, I presume! Whatever the French make feta with! Sheep's milk I suppose, but don't think so!  When I find something this good, I don't bother with what's in it! Research feta cheese making!

**Q: Can I freeze it to preserve more?**
A: I keep mine the the refrigerator on the lower shelf works best. I don't keep any cheese in the freezer, it dry them out.

**Q: Does it need to be refrigerated?**
A: Yes, feta cheese needs to be refrigerated.
