Its not a 500w or even a 350w. Its a tiny 250w motor. Do beware. *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2019* The bike itself is down right bad ass. I mean really no other way to put it. What I'm really pissed about though is the fact it was advertised as a 350w/500w and the motor that came with it turns out to being a 250w motor. Which is BS. Is it seriously that difficukt to just sell what you're advertising, honestly. I researched fit weeks before ultimately choosing this bike and really didn't Wang anything smaller than 500w, so the fact it was supposed to be 350w was something I would sacrifice because the bike is bad ass, but 250w was out of the question. And $2000 is no joke and you expect to get what you were led to believe you were buying when dealing with that kind of money. Its not like McDonald's screwing up your drive thru order. Its a freaking 2000 dollar bicycle. SELLER CHANGE THE ADD TO REPRESENT WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY SELLING . I smell a charlatan. I would of paid the extra for the 500w if I would have known. Nowhere in the add did it ever say 250w. Its a huge freaking bummer because I love the bike and dont want to deal with the hassle of returning so I pretty much have to deal with paying damn good money for a bike that isn't what the seller said they were selling me. It has a tuff time on even little hills, but pedaling helps.
