Beware *by D***C on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2018* I spent more for this case than i usually would because of the advertisement of being "Designed for Reliability and High-Impact Resistance". I've had this case for 4 months now and it is no longer usable. One of the wheel base has been completely broken. It is made of plastic and the plastic cannot withstand the abuse of the airlines.There is no warranty information included with it either. I have had $50 luggage hold up much more than this. Its upsetting because I love the style and it looks great out of the box. But after one flight there were many scratches and lots of dents. As time has gone by its now majorly dented and deformed along with a completely broken wheel. I could live with the dents but the broken wheel makes it worthless. I paid $299 for it. I now see its over $500. I hope I can get a warranty repair and if so I plan on using some sort of resin to make the plastic wheel base durable. I highly suggest anyone that purchases this to do the same or you will be disappointed and stuck with a bent high dollar suitcases you can no longer use. ### ⭐ first trip got damaged *by D***P on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2018* Very disappointed that first flight to Europe left me shopping for replacement for my way back home.Ended up with a Rimowa which I should've purchased to start with, since this one while very nice looking it is way to thin to last more than one way flight.Don't make the mistake I made, way too flimsy to last, one flight and done! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Suitcase with a couple small problems *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2017* Sturdy and well made, I would say that this is a good suitcase with only a few small problems. Problem one is that there is a partition that is sewed into the case which makes it difficult to take anything large (not that bad) and problem two is that it doesn't stay pretty very long. When I got this case, I was very impressed with the finish. It looked very good when I got it but one trip overseas and it is no longer very pretty. Scratches, dents, and dings are ALL OVER this case. Aluminum is very light but sadly it does not take a beating very well and clearly baggage handlers and conveyor belts are not friendly to this suitcase.My recommendation is to get a neutral color so that the scratches are less obvious.
