I've been using mine ever since I bought them. I rinse them off with warm water every morning. and rotate them as I use them. They are very good product. If they seem a little long you can trim off a section at a time until it's comfortable in your nose. I have a big nose so I don't have to trim them. I can breathe so much easier with them. Sometimes I'll wear one throughout the day. I highly recommend this product! If I ever need to purchase them again I will. But as it stands there lasting a long time. Again this is a great product! **Q: how long is the piece that inserts into the nose?** A: It is 3/4 of an inch long. **Q: Do you sell sets of size small only? I can only finds sets of medium, large and x-large.** A: We don’t sell sets of size small separately. They’re really tiny and could fit only children. It’s just 7/16 length and 5/16 on a wider side. It’s completely different from what I received before. The material feels hard and cheap, and it’s very uncomfortable to use. It actually hurts my nose, which defeats the whole purpose of buying it.
