**Q: How long did it take to noticed that you was losing weight from the suit?**
A: That is all up to you and your drive. The suit will help right away I lost 20lbs in a week using it. But I have a friend who has had it 2 months and only lost 12lbs so its all up to you and how you use it. I hope this helps.
