I have n3b from Alpa Industries but it's too heavy so I bought this one. this one is light weight but not nearly as warm as alfa. in fact, I was cold in windy weather. for such a bulky look I def. expected more warmth from it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm in love with their products *by S***H on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 8, 2018* I love their parkas. I've gotten men's version and enjoy it everyday. When I saw women's drop price I had to get it (before they disappear!) and I'm not disappointed. It fits true Medium ladies size (size 8). Falls at mid-thigh for 5'7" height person, which is great, love that length that cover rear end :) Fabric feels great and more flexible and softer then men's version. It has some metallic sheen in it and looks more fashionable. The fir on the hood as pictured and very soft. when taking out of the package fur is a bit flat but gets fluffy fast. The men's version repeals water very well but it will get wet under constant rain exposure (for like an hour). It's not waterproof but both parka's are not listed as waterproof. But i believe it's a trade of for it being more breathable. The amount of the detailing is very impressive. From the zipper flap embroidery and silver leather (or leatherette) zipper pull to the inner pocket zipper. You wont be disappointed. Alpha Industries jackets are not so finely detailed. This jacket and men's version too, are very warm (just like my Uniqlo hybrid down/thinsulate parka, but don't expect it to be as warm as 660-800 down fill jacket. With light under fleece jacket it very impressively warm and light. feels lighter then Alpha jackets. Also it is very breathable and doesn't get you hot - which is very important for those on the East coast with very unpredictable weather.
