Recommend Buy. *by A***R on July 20, 2016* Okay bought these for a Wilson Combat Beretta Brigadier Tactical. That pistol came with the standard VZ Tactical Slants; Wilson Combat version with their logo, and a slightly different look than the standard VZ grips. So as a point of comparison, my feeling is that these Hogue Checkered Aluminum grips are a bit more thicker, and for me, much, much nicer. The feel of the Aluminum that is slightly polished is just fantastic. Feels perfect in the right, left, or both hands. Trigger control is much more natural; finger rests just right. 'Grippyness' if you will, is quite good, and I would say as strong as the VZ Wilson Combat's. Again, they are thicker.I looked at them in various lighting, and the slightly glossy look / color is definitely black, and very comparable, in my opinion, to the Beretta stock / O.E.M. plastic grips with their logo that comes standard on a 92FS and M9. These aluminum grips are also thicker than the G-10 material checkered ones that Hogue makes. I prefer these aluminum grips to those, as well. Highly, highly recommend these guys for your Beretta. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent. They're well cut and well finished *by S***I on July 26, 2017* I've had these on for about a year now. Quality is, as with most Hogue products, excellent. They're well cut and well finished, no complaints there. That being said, though, there are a few things a prospective buyer should know:The checkering is quite sharp and deep. They grip your palm very well, but at the same time that checkering trashes anything it comes in contact with. Think about the interior of your car, your love handles, or anywhere this gun will rub against when holstered. Also, I'm in Alaska. When it's cold out, these have burned my palms from the cold. I'm going to wood soon for this reason. I get it, it's a metal frame pistol so there's not much of a way around this, but I'd like to have as little skin on metal as possible in my climate.As for the finish, I haven't been easy on my gun, and it's just now beginning to show signs of rubbing through in the high wear areas. I can't tell you how durable this anodizing is. It's held up better than the finish on the grip frame itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for me *by C***T on December 11, 2021* Medium size hands. These did not feel much slimmer than stock and texture is really sharp. What's strange is I have the Hogue aluminum grips for my Sig P226 and the texture is perfect for me. Anyway, returned these. Next up were Lok Grips, but too thin with a couple spots where the Frame edge was rubbing on my hand. Finally Wilson Combat was the just right.
