I am using it for a "home lab" while I'm in college and it's able to run many VM's on it without any issues. I'm using it to run ESXi with windows server, ubuntu, redhat, and many other ones. I can easily spin up testing and practice machines and networks all on this one machine. Very fun, getting another one because they are such a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice little server *by J***W on Reviewed in the United States on November 15, 2021* This is a nice little server, great for home use, virtualization, media server, etc.1. Use whenever you are ok with older equipment no longer supported by HPE.2. Beware of HDD requirements. Not every 2.5" HDD is compatible. Even if controller sees them you may not be able to boot, or thermal control of server goes nuts because of SMART incompatibility. I ended up buying extra PCIe controller to support large HDDs.3. If you have any experience with setting up severs, this is no different from any others. Requires a bit more BIOS and controller settings than a regular PC.4. I purchased three and every one was slightly different in terms of bays in front. Two actually included more than what was pictured. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Server *by M***W on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2019* Arrived earlier than expected and is in very good condition. All the components listed where installed and the server functions perfectly. I was able to install windows server 2019 through the iLO3 port and using virtual media since it did not want to boot from the USB drive. However older operating systems that are supported by this model installed through USB just fine.
