I took a phot next to a standard gymnastic ring to give an indication of scale. I ordered these hoping to leave the outside set-up for ring push ups, and although they are very robust and able to take my full weight As they are small I don't fully trust them with my knuckles a few cm from a concrete pad, if they failed I would have zero reaction time. But for their intended users (children) I think these are absolutely perfect, I'm sure they would fully support even heavy use with no safety risks, they did support me after all and I weigh more than twice your average kid. The handles are also nice and grippy. The strap looks very similar to seatbelt material, it will be extremely strong, more than sufficient for anything a kid could throw at it. Although too small for me I think these will be great for kids, even if not used for serious gymnastic training I'm sure they would get endless hours of fun swinging around on them.
