My Mom saw this Fossil watch that she ... *by S***E on February 20, 2018* This deployant clasp is PERFECT. My Mom saw this Fossil watch that she loved, right around Christmas. She tried it on, but it didn't fit well. She could buckle it, but when she flexed her wrist, it was uncomfortable. She put it back. It made me sad to see her so disappointed. I contacted the company, they tried, but were not able to help or offer any workable solutions. I make jewelry as a hobby/small business. I thought, there has to be a solution. I went ahead and bought the watch on faith. After eight weeks of Googling, I was in the process of giving up, when I finally ran across this lovely device. It's the same width as a regular buckle, but because of the way this clasp works, we were able to use the last hole on the belt and still tuck the tail, which gave us the extra room we needed. We were elated. I was able to give my Mom the watch as a birthday present last Friday. She has worn it every day. This clasp is made of very high quality metal. The rose gold finishing matched the bezel perfectly (I was so relieved). As a bonus, the clasp will extend the life of the band, and it's easier to take the watch on and off. The price was PERFECT and included a spring bar tool, and four additional spring bars just in case we lose one. I think we are going to order these for my Dad for Father's Day. I plan on replacing my buckles with deployant clasps going forward, and if I ever open a shop of my own, I intend to carry these. This is one of those products that leaves you feeling as though it has made a hurculean effort to save your life. We are truly, TRULY grateful for this product.
