The Pure unit was great and I was able to continue using the electrodes with which it came by occasionally applying electrode gel to them.I purchased the Playmakar unit because I did not want to deal with the hassles of using a wired unit, so the wireless option was very appealing to me. The unit works well and is easy to use and not having the wires is very convenient. My only gripe with this product is that either the construction or design of the electrodes is not very good. It appears as if they're constructed in a 2 piece fashion, with the portion that holds the snap connectors glued to a white fabric that also holds the adhesive portion of the electrode. The issue is that after only a few uses, the top part of the electrode begins to slide off of the bottom part, thus separating the electrode. No amount of electrode adhesive is going to fix that issue. If only use your unit occasionally, then it may not be so bad because you won't constantly be replacing electrodes, but if you use your unit with any kind of regularity, at least 1-2 times per week, then be prepared to be purchasing electrodes on a regular basis and should probably incorporate the cost of having to buy electrodes monthly into your purchase analysis. Otherwise, this is a good unit that works really well. ### ⭐ A Very Unhappy Customer! *by V***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2021* I like the unit but now a year and a half later, I can’t get replacement pads without a “business license “ so this very expensive unit is now worthless to me. I am beyond mad and frustrated that I now have to purchase another tens unit because I can no longer purchase replacement pads. I can understand if they want new customers to purchase under this “business license “ but existing customers should be able to get the replacement pads without a hassle.
