It has little pockets all around that are a little tight, but would fit most creams or lotions. It holds quite a bit of disposables (I only use them for day care so only have a few in there). I use mainly cloth diapers and put the ones for my boyfriend to use, in it. It holds more than it looks! My only reason for the 4 stars is that the divider is velcro and attaches to the lining and is uneven. You can see in the one picture that it is a little off center.
