I just mix it with either water or almond milk; both are drinkable. Curious to try the other flavors, though I wish I could mix and match this double pack.The blender bottle that comes with this package didn't work out for me. No matter how careful I was putting the parts together I kept getting powder caked and wasted around the rim. I got a blender bottle and I love it.I ended up throwing out the supplements. One shake replaces a meal, and 15g protein staves off any hunger until 1-2 pm for me. Then eat sensible and get some exercise. Drink lots of green tea. This product doesn't change the rules about weight loss, it's not a miracle. Just consume fewer calories than your body burns off daily (about 2,000 to 3,000 depending on exercise), and 1 pound of fat is about 3,600 calories. I do like the vegan protein when it's available. I blend in some chopped kale, spinach, maybe a chunk of apple or banana for added flavor. The chocolate tastes decent, the vanilla is nasty, and the strawberry is tolerable. The other flavors make no sense for me.
