Review: Excellent Honey - I prefer white honey over darker honeys. This is an excellent option, I use it in teas. It's a very very thick honey with a nice sweetness. I wouldn't say the flavor is very distinticive. Which for me is great because I don't want the flavor of my tea to change to the flavor of the honey.
Review: Product was not good - I tried to return this item but it was ineligible. The honey was hard and only would melt after I put in microwave. The taste wasn't bad but not the best white honey. It couldn't even spread like a jam. Definately dissapointed dont know if they are freezing the honey but not an enjoyable experience.

**Q: What is the highest temperature this honey is exposed to?**
A: We are trying not to heat our honey above 40C or 104F. Thank you!

**Q: So you do not make this honey creamy? It’s literally from hive to extractor to bottle?**
A: Hello, our At-Bashi honey is actually a creamed honey.

**Q: Is this honey whipped?**
A: I don't think it's whipped per se. I've tried a lot of honeys, mostly white, raw and manuka. This one is one of the best whites. It is a little "airy" so maybe it is, I just can't answer with 100% certainty. I wold recommend trying it, you'll probably like it.
