And the laser sounded like the coolest part. Well,that’s the part that that doesn’t give me a consistent measurement. The directions, of course, do not help, very.....concise. It does seem to work better in a dark room, but that’s not normally where I want to measure. The cord and the roller parts seems to work pretty good, but not what I really use very often. Three stars for the features I don’t use and the lacking two for the laser I wanted. If there is something I’m missing to make this work, please contact me.They cont@cted me within hours and issued a credit! I have raised the star rating by one for the excellent customer service.
