It is a combo med, because it has a two medicines for a cough. A cough suppressant 60mg and a cough exporrant 1600mg. You take it morning and night. Which is better than others because you have to take it up to 4 times a day. Take this twice a day every 12 hours until your cough is gone. For me i was relieved of symptoms in about 4 days. And that was amazing. Because i was doing other cough meds for weeks and i did not improve. So This is literally the best one i have found after doing a lot of researching and this is such a value for the price and the quantity you get.
