Typical treatment options are not in the cards for me right now, but I still want to reduce snoring and have been trying a few different products. The good: -The dialator is made of a flexible, soft material and relatively easy to wear. It may not fit all nose shapes, but it works for mine. -My snoring has been reduced overall in the time I've spent wearing it, which is exactly what I got it for and I do feel it is effective. -It comes with a case that seals tight to keep it clean when not in use, and I appreciate that a lot. The bad: -The product has some unfinished / rough edges that are uncomfortable against my skin and can be painful. -Due to how this product works, it can leave your sinuses feeling dried out and a little raw. A humidifier can help, but it is still worth noting that you may feel uncomfortable. -If you sneeze while wearing this, it may hurt a lot :( ouch. I like this a fair amount for what it is, and it is a good tool to counteract my snoring in the meantime.
