Very durable, high quality construction. Slides all the way under the desk when you want to put it out of the way. Just pull it out and to the height you want and it stays exactly in that spot. Turn the knob to adjust the pitch to get the angle right for your wrists. They mouse tray is big enough without being too big and I like that it doesn't have a big pad at the bottom to rub on your wrist. I use a wireless mouse and keyboard now, but this tray has guides to help keep your wires out of the way if you plug yours in. (If you're in that boat, get a pack of cable clips to stick to the bottom of your desk to help keep the cords from hanging down around your legs and feet.)I'm very tall and my wife is, well, not very tall.
