Impressed by quality and surpasses my expectations of the job it was intended for. *by D***) on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2018* I purchased this wireless headphone set specifically to listen, in privacy and shutting out the Kid’s PS4 noises, to my vinyl collection (and CDs) – remember them. As the record deck is connected to an old Yamaha Stereo Amp I also purchased a Wireless Audio adapter. Experience as below:Delivery: Ordered via Prime and promptly arrived next day, along with Audio Adapter.Quality: Well-made and solidly built unit, comfortable fit and looks good. May be a bit large/heavy for some tastes – but my wife won’t get a look in any way!Set up: Instruction booklet adequate. Only minor comment is reference to the acronym β€˜MFB’ button in the pairing instructions. I’m used to working for an acronym filled company but this threw me slightly as there is no mention of MFB in the description – quickly worked out it was referring to the Bluetooth Button.Pairing was a very quick process and was soon connected to the Record Deck, via the Wireless Adaptor, and listening to favourite Bowie and Rolling Stones songs.Performance: Maintained solid signal at 10m range, did start to break up at about 12-13m but the Audio Adaptor may have contributed to this.Have also paired with an iphone 6 and results were excellent. Allowed me to walk around the house (even in the garden) without any loss of signal. Stereo quality superb (Bass amazing) and volume and music buttons worked well. Noise cancelling appears to work well but I may not be the best judge. Certainly, reduced significantly the background noise enhancing the listening experience – can still hear the kids shouting down their PS4 mic though (whoever designed the Fortnite game needs a talking to)!Haven’t fully tested playing time but still going strong after 5-6 hours playing (with Noise Cancelling feature permanently on).Value for Money: In my opinion excellent value for money (purchased on a flash deal) although as this is my first purchase difficult to compare.Recommendation: Would recommend this unit. I am very pleased with their build quality and overall impression.Don't get me wrong - they're not for audiophiles. They're bluetooth headphones, so there have to be compromises, but as far as BT headphones go - these are really, really good. Really big ear cups provide great comfort in long flights and drives. Battery life is great - and you can also listen wirelessly while charging, which is important.The silver bits on the picture - it's not cheap silver plastic.
