I need to replace because my husband refused to heed my advice to protect the rope along the sharp edges of the metal roof, but it lasted long enough to get him up and down safely. The rope is still useful, but the small cuts it suffered mean that I won't use it for anything high enough to end in a fatality. I like the built in hooks and will definitely be looking to purchase another length for my personal use.
