I put this on my eyelashes and eyebrows every morning and every night.. At first I missed the odd day by accident just because I forgot, but after that I made sure to add it to my morning make up routine and nightly cleanse/tone routine too, that's when I started seeing amazing results. It's the first thing that's helped my sparse eyebrows (from overplucking) to grow! I use fake strip lashes a lot too which have over time pulled some eyelashes out..
