It felt a little uncomfortable at first because I was wearing this under my clothes and the material under my arms bothered me. I will say though that since it is winter, and I had sweaters on no one knew I had anything on. BUt I work from home so I decided to just put it over my clothes instead and for me that works best. It comes in a simple packaging with simple instructions. I wish they had some more information on how to adjust the straps and make the back strap parallel to the shoulders.
