I got my brushes in 2 days because I am a Prime member. I opened the box and saw exactly what you see in the picture. The brushes were closed inside the case inside of the box.A few of my favorite brushesLarge Powder brush-so amazing i love using this when putting on my blush. it blends the bronzer with my blush beautifully.Large angled contour brush- perfect for contouring my face. its the perfect size when i do certain looksFlat definer brush- So in love with this. its packs on product so well. I swear its a dupe for mac and sigmaTapered blending brush- love love love!!!Lip Brush- so awesome!! I hate putting lipstick on and this brush makes my lips look flawless.I love the case its so cute and it goes right on top of my vanity for easy access just like the rest of my brush cups. its perfect for travel and on the go.some customers are complaining about crazy fall out and the heads of the brushes not being glued on well and they are coming off. NOT a big deal people. I have krazy glue on standby for a few drugstore brushes. All i did was pop some krazy glue on and them babies are going to budge. As for the fall out yes i had some but hey no big deal because your supposed to clean your brushes before you use them. (when first purchased and every so often after use) I cleaned my brushes and did my makeup the fallowing day when they dried and I really like these brushes you really cant go wrong. its a great price the quality is great too. I dont use every single brush. some i have no use for right now. but I always break rules when it comes to how your supposed to use makeup brushes. for example i use a small concealer brush for my highlight under by brow. So i will find a use for the few that i havent used yet.Now onto the customer service experience! Denise is freaking awesome!! This woman is the best. She emailed me personally and asked how i liked her product and i told her just what im telling you. I gave her and in depth review told her about the glue and the fallout and how i fixed the problem. She was over joyed that i gave her such a long time consuming review and she offered me a free sample to choose from either the facial scrub, cleanser, or moisturizer. I chose the moisturizer. after using it for about 4 or 5 days i was very impressed this moisturizer is natural no scent and so effective!! my pores literally vanished. so when i told her my review again she also sent me the facial scrub and the cleanser. OMG!! im in love! When I contacted her regarding an issue she quickly responded and more than met my needs. Its very hard to find someone who is willing to go above and beyond. The only issue I had was with the large powder brush. The brush continuously loses bristles and it was becoming quite annoying. When I emailed Denise to tell her I was unhappy, she sent me a whole new set of brushes! With using the new powder brush I have had no abnormal shedding and am very pleased.These brushes are a great addition to anyone's makeup collection. The travel case is so handy. I love that I just throw it into my bad and head out without worrying about them getting makeup all over my purse. The brushes themselves are soft and easy to use. Although there are some reviews about loose heads, I have had no such issue. I encourage you to try them out for yourself and if you are unhappy just email Denise and she will be more than happy to rectify the situation. I quickly ordered my set and after receiving the set I got an email from Denise thanking me for my purchase and telling me about the issue she was having with the brush heads. I received my package on time and did have issues with 4 or 5 brush heads. Glued them all on and my foundation brush head had to be glued crooked due to the fault design. I emailed Denise and she sent me another set. I just received the other set and I am blown away. THIS SET WAS PERFECT. Not just the head issue was fixed, but one of my brushes was shedding terribly and one didn't quite look like the photo. My new set was FLAWLESS. Thank you Denise! I WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN! Oh!
