I have to admit I was a bit worried ordering a "personalized" product through Amazon with instructions to "email" the seller with information. However, with Amazon being a trusted seller, I took the chance and was so glad I did.I emailed the company right after I placed my order and gave them my parent's names for the monogramming. I also asked if I could get a proof of the labels before they went to print. Within minutes I got an email back arranging when the proof would be available. They didn't following the scripting I suggested in the email but instead offered an even better suggestion for me to consider...what a nice surprise! I asked a few questions, got immediate responses and soon approved the design. In less than 30 minutes I received notification they shipped and received them in 3 days!!!!My parents and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and service.
