The fabric is not comfortable either. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a back brace *by C***N on February 13, 2025* I had a back injury and had a back brace which has a rigid back. I am out of the brace and in this bra. It β€œreminds” you to stand up straight and keep your shoulders down if you buy the correct size. In addition, it is not meant to be worn all the time. You need to build your muscles. I wear this during physical therapy to learn the correct posture while learning the exercises. When I do my exercises at home I do not wear it. I ordered my regular bra size and it gives my torso the support it needs. I am still in some pain and probably always will be because of the nature of the injury. Just don't rely on this to take away your problem.
